  • Orkla Foods - pizza,fish, frozen foods, chocolate, jam etc
  • Orkla Beverages - centred on the 40%-owned Carlsberg Brewing group (operations in Sweden, Norway, Denmark and other parts of Europe). Brands include Carlsberg, Tuborg, Pripps, Falcon, Sinebrychoff, Ringnes, Feldschlösschen, Carlsberg-Tetley. It is a major bottler of Coca-Cola and Pepsico beverages in Scandinavia
  • Orkla Brands - consumer products such as detergent
  • Borregaard - chemicals and wood products
  • Orkla Finance - corporate finance
  • Investments - major investments in Scandinavia and other parts of the world, and property management
  • Orkla Media - newspapers, magazines,new media, printing and distribution

Ukraine - 2 regional papers (50% of Vysokyj Zamok in Lviv and Industralnoje Zaporozje in Zaporizjzja)
