Interdeco group is the leading media buyer in France,
parallelling Havas (the leading
advertising agency and former Vivendi
subsidiary). It provides services to a number of its publishing
competitors and has acquired stakes in a range of agencies,
such as Eurosud Publicité (local media planning, 86%)
and Hexagone (national media planning, 22%)
Hachette Filipacchi Global Advertising operates outside
France, specialising in promotion of and sales for the
group's magazines.
