Entravision Communications Corporation is a US media group
with operations in television and radio broadcasting oriented

Those stations broadcast in 20 of the top 50 US Hispanic

Diario/la Prensa (est 1913), a Spanish-language daily
newspaper serving the New York area. The title was sold
in 2003.

for US$462 million, adding 25 Spanish-language radio stations
in 13 markets and 10,000 billboardst. Following divestiture
of 11 radio stations the group ended the year owning and/or

As of 2003 Univision had a non-voting 19.8% interest in
Entravision. In that year Univision, as part of its takeover
of Hispanic Broadcasting Corporation, reached an agreement
with the United States Department of Justice to reduce
its stake in Entravision to 15%.
