Entravision Communications Corporation is a US media group with operations in television and radio broadcasting oriented to the Hispanic market. Until recently it had substantial outdoor advertising operations and published the major Spanish-language newspaper in New York.

Entravision was founded in 1996 by Walter Ulloa, Paul Zevnik and Philip Wilkinson. It owns and/or operate 51 US television stations, primarily as affiliates for Univision Communications and TeleFutura. Those stations broadcast in 20 of the top 50 US Hispanic markets and three of the next-ranked Hispanic markets. It owns and operates one of the largest groups of Spanish-language radio stations in the US: 47 radio stations, 46 of which are located in the top 50 US Hispanic markets (including 35 stations in the top 15 Hispanic markets).

As of 2007 Entravision owned around 10,600 outdoor advertising faces, primarily in high-density Hispanic neighborhoods in Los Angeles and New York, the two largest Hispanic markets in the United States. It had exclusive rights to market advertising on public buses in two 'top 20' Hispanic markets: Fresno and Tampa. In 2008 it agreed to sell its outdoor advertising operations (Vista Media) to Lamar Advertising Company for US$100 million.

In 2000 Entravision acquired Latin Communications Group Inc. for US$256 million, adding 17 radio stations in 10 markets. As part of the transaction it acquired El Diario/la Prensa (est 1913), a Spanish-language daily newspaper serving the New York area. The title was sold in 2003.

2000 also saw acquisition of Z-Spanish Media Corporation for US$462 million, adding 25 Spanish-language radio stations in 13 markets and 10,000 billboardst. Following divestiture of 11 radio stations the group ended the year owning and/or operating 57 radio stations (38 FM and 19 AM).

As of 2003 Univision had a non-voting 19.8% interest in Entravision. In that year Univision, as part of its takeover of Hispanic Broadcasting Corporation, reached an agreement with the United States Department of Justice to reduce its stake in Entravision to 15%.
